Information collected
When you submit the enquiry form, this site collects the name you provide, WeChat ID, email address, phone number, phone-contact preference, current role, current stage or problem, and additional notes. Name and current problem are required; at least one of WeChat, email or phone is required.
The third-party form service may also process technical information used for transmission, security and spam prevention, such as IP address, browser information, time and referring page.
Why the information is used
- To respond to your enquiry and send the product self-check.
- To make an initial assessment of project fit.
- To manage later communication and project records if you choose to continue.
- To protect the form and reduce spam.
This site does not sell personal information submitted through the enquiry form.
Third-party processing
The contact form uses Formspree for transmission, storage, email notification and spam processing. Email replies may be handled through Proton Mail; if you choose WeChat, SMS or phone, the relevant communications provider will process information needed to make contact. Because provider infrastructure may be located in other countries, information may be processed or stored outside Australia. Each provider operates under its own privacy and security terms.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, assess project fit, maintain necessary business records or handle a dispute. Reasonable security measures are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may use a preferred name or pseudonym, but need to provide at least one contact method if you want a reply. You may also contact me by email instead of using the form. Do not send identity documents, payment details, medical information or unrelated sensitive information through the public form.
Access, correction or deletion
To request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, email aspenlu@proton.me and include enough information to locate the enquiry, such as its date and contact method. Identity may need to be verified before information is changed or deleted.
Changes and contact
If the form, providers or information-handling practices change, this page will be updated. Privacy questions or complaints can also be sent to aspenlu@proton.me.
